From their school-day antics as the Jellybean Jug Band to the wild popularity of the Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band, the Conways became icons of Australian music and vaudeville. Packed with archival footage, quirky performances, and present-day reflections, this film celebrates their decades-long passion for music, circus, and humour.

Directed and produced by Fiona Cochrane, Whoopee Blues is entertaining and nostalgic — the perfect warm-up before MASIFF officially opens.
